Repeat Medication- Registered Patients Only 

You cannot order these by phone or email. You must order them at the Surgery by ticking the items required on the right hand page of your prescription or by completing a repeat prescription order form at reception.

You can also order your repeat perscription by accessing the online booking system https://www.patient-services.co.uk/web/ps/welcome with your log in details, Forms to register for online services are available at reception. Photo ID is required when submitting the application.

Alternatively, you can send the list through the post with a stamped addressed envelope or by letter or by fax.

Please note that the Doctors may ask you to attend the Surgery every 6-12 months so that they can review your regular medication.

You must allow two working days for your repeat prescription request to be processed.

Prescriptions will no longer be ordered by your pharmacy from the 18th April 2017

We are going to take part in the pilot scheme where the POD service will take your request over the phone on the dedicated number and will process your prescription electronically.

You will be required to nominate a pharmacy to receive the electronic prescription.

It is the policy of this practice to have written authorisation from any patient who regularly nominates another person to collect prescriptions/correspondence on their behalf. We will request your authority to do this when you register with the Surgery. This is in keeping with the Caldicott Report, which is working towards improving patient confidentiality.
